The property is guarded by two full time life-guard certified, EMT certified party-going men, who will be at your beck and call for any house work or lawn care. They will only take beer for payment.

Brand three years new kitchen furnishing includes electric range, microwave oven, coffee maker, dish washer, double sinks with disposal, beneath windows overlooking the beautiful Wilbur's point. A fully stocked (with beer) refrigerator is provided (beer only available in July and August).
